Wish

I am fascinated with toadstools. Not only are mushrooms delicious, they help balance your mood, seriously powerful immune system boosters, and we have all heard the term magic mushrooms 0.o well, maybe.

As a girl, my favorite story was about fairies and their parties. You always knew they were close by if you found their toadstools. It was fun to imagine teeny tiny winged fairies dancing and sitting on the toadstools having a party in the garden.

Of course, the best part about finding the toadstools, is that you could make a wish and the fairies would grant it.

It's dream time, and my little garden might just be filled with fairies that are partying the night away. Well, it's the weekend. I want to stay up late and party to, except this excessive yawning and sleepy feeling just won't go away. The pillows are feeling extra comfy to, and I think I just need to rest my eyes for a few minutes.

My life is a rainbow!

I am so grateful for everything that has led me to where I am today. Life is truly a complicated journey, filled with so many blessings.

Be open to every opportunity and allow your journey to take you to an even better place than you could imagine.

It has been my hardest lesson, is to stop asking how or when. Once I just began to let life unfold in its own magical way, rewards and blessings were easier to manifest.

Blow the clouds away and let the sun shine light your path. Rainbows are ahead, they always are. Sending light, love, and rainbows to you.

Birthdays

My youngest turning twelve feels like a milestone. No longer little kids, we are graduating elementary school and moving on to middle school this fall.

I'm reminded how precious time is and although I miss my boys younger ages, I am so proud of the young men they are becoming.

I won't ever forget their birthdays! I lovingly labored to bring them into this world, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

It really does take a village to raise a child and I send my sincerest gratitude to all my family and every wonderful teacher and all friends who help shape my children lives and guided them to be such great people.

Dream Come True

Before dawn my alarm went off, and jumping out of bed, it was a chilly sixty-six degrees. That's what my iphone weather app said anyway. The trade winds blowing in the window, chilled me to my bones.

The thought of changing into a swimsuit and going to the beach, seemed insane. Forty-five minutes later, I was walking on the cold sand.

Fifteen minutes after that, I was paddling a canoe with six other lovely paddlers and being splashed with icy water.

It took another twenty minutes until my body was so numb from the adrenaline pumping through my system. Cold no longer mattered, I could only focus on my timing with my other paddlers and feel the pull of the canoe in the water.

It was only an hour, and we were back on shore. We wished each other a nice day and went on our separate ways.

I still can't believe that it all happened. Pinch me, I might still be dreaming. This is such a dream come true for me. I can't believe I waited so long to do things I love.

Don't wait like I did! Go out and live your dreams, even if you have to wake up a little earlier than normal, it will be worth it.

Easter Fun

The Easter Egg hunters:

At age one, wants to taste everything. 

At age two, somewhat interested in the egg collecting game. 

At age three, prefer to chase the bugs and lizards in the grass instead of picking up eggs. 

At age four, egg hunting master. 

At age six through eleven, competitive egg hunting master, watch out all other kids! 

At age twelve, bored and too old. 

At age 16, re-invent the egg hunting game and increase difficulty level and make it cool again. Maybe. Well I did.
