A day in my life:

Family Breakfast
Shopping, Errands, and a workout bike ride, with so much walking. I told my son, it's just extra cardio.

Afternoon, we had a Boat operating lesson with my dad.

Then we went for a swim.
Played with the dog.
Enjoyed my zen moments watering my plants and squeezed in some hula practice.
And finally Family Dinner!

I love days like this. Today was filled with unexpected adventures. It doesn't have to be over the top, just enjoying one happy moment to the next. I hope you have a happy memorable weekend.

Family Days

Sunshine plus a free day to play at one of our favorite beaches, equals a great weekend!

We packed a cooler, and loaded up the boat and set out for a day of football, tuna sandwiches, swimming and probably not enough sun screen.

The tide was so low a helicopter could land on the sandbar. Usually underwater and only revealed at really low tides, my older son and I jogged out to the edges of the sandbar and stopped to explore lots of coral and an assortment of strange looking sea creatures, mostly sea cucumbers, eel, crabs, and quick darting shrimp.

We are all a little red and really tired, which is a good thing, as tomorrow is the start of a new week. A lot of rest to recharge us for Monday!

Hope your weekend was amazing!
Love and Aloha,
Maile
