A day in my life:

Family Breakfast 

Shopping, Errands, and a workout bike ride, with so much walking. I told my son, it's just extra cardio.

Afternoon, we had a Boat operating lesson with my dad. 

Then we went for a swim. 

Played with the dog.

Enjoyed my zen moments watering my plants and squeezed in some hula practice.

And finally Family Dinner!

I love days like this. Today was filled with unexpected adventures. It doesn't have to be over the top, just enjoying one happy moment to the next. I hope you have a happy memorable weekend.

Go with the flow

Some days have their own energy and they don't care what is on your to do list.

Celebrations

Happy Birthday to my brother Mark. I will never forget how much we used to fight as kids, and love how we have become best friends as adults.

I laugh watching our children grow through those same childhood stages, and try to remember how our parents raised us. They are so lucky we turned out so great :)

Mahalo to all the wonderful mom's and dad's in this world raising good kids. It's definitely an adventure, but worth every moment.
