Synchronicity

I love watching the more experienced paddlers on the ocean. It's actually mesmerizing. The synchronicity is like a ballet on water.

It truly is about timing. I hear the same words from my kumu in hula. Timing in a group is key.

Funny how it relates to so many team activities. When everyone is simply in sync with each other its like a great performance, things happen and we could probably change the world when we are all in sync.

When great minds think alike and move to action as one, the world watches and moves to follow.
